"You people are the biggest crooks I’ve ever dealt with. And I’m 72 years old, so that says a lot. You gave me an estimate which was nowhere near what it has actually cost me. And you keep sending me bills. The crown that you put on did not even last a year. So not only are you crooks, you’re completely incompetent. I hope you all rot in hell."

"If I could give them -100 stars I would. I had a dental implant surgery. I went back for the 2nd phase, which was just for the tooth. They informed me they no longer accepted my insurance. They wanted over 1k more than the expected price. It's a year later, I'm still trying to get the last phase completed. They still haven't released my medical records despite the signed medical release forms."

"They were rude and not very cooperative. My husband is on the road a lot and his time frame has to be adjusted as he cant be in town just whenever he wants. He has to follow the company policies regarding routing thru St Louis. They were hard to work with setting appts or not being able to set next appt for denture fittings and such at his convenience. They would get more rude when we said I would have to call them back to set appt. For the “OUTRAGEOUSLY” high prices they should have been much more cooperative and happy to have us as customers. They lie on their commercials and dont finance so easy and i have a good credit score. It was not a good experience at all and i would not only NOT recommend them but would discourage anyone that asks my opinion."

"If I could leave a zero I would. I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year. I have not received my refund yet getting the run around. They are stalling looking for a way to keep my money. Refunded me 28 dollars and i am due way more than that. Dont mess with aspen they are scammers. I hope this gets to corporate office."
