CNY Family Care, LLP

"So, November 28 I go to CNY Family Care to get my prescription renewed for a medication l've taken for more than 25 years. I take 2 separate doses of the same medication, every other day. am required by my PCP to come every 6 months, but I go south in the winter and that won't work for me. My specialist refered back there. She saw me annually. I try to get them to see me annually, but they refuse. (THEY NEED MY PAYMENT APPRENTLY!.) Funny, on November 29th, CNY Family Care sent me a letter dismissing me as a patient, and I cannot see anyone in their practice or fix the prescription due to the discharge. Keep in mind, I have no idea l'm dismissed as a patient until I get this letter. I find that a bit underhanded. Then, to add to that, for the second time, they only sent 1 of my prescriptions to my mail order pharmacy, which I just discovered recently. (That was the reason for the appointment, and they don't even get it right! THEY GOT THEIR PAYMENT OF COURSE.) Thank you, CNY Family Care, for pushing me to get a more competent doctor! Good riddance"

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Fiacco at CNY Family care for several years now. It’s been a nightmare getting my prescriptions filled before I run out. I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve been put in the frustrating position of being put on hold forever, having to make multiple phone calls to my pharmacy and not being able to talk to anyone on his staff. When I finally addressed the issue through their portal and asked why this keeps happening, their response was they’re short staffed and if I'm unhappy with my care I’m welcome to switch to a different practice? Instead of taking responsibility and trying to fix the situation this how they chose to respond. Needless to say I will be finding another practice. What an awful experience!!!"

"I’ve been forced to go here ever since I was young and it was great until Dr. Picciano left. After he left, none of the receptionists treat you like people. They treat you like a walking paycheck and I’ve been refused treatment and have had my pain dismissed. If I were you, I’d find a better place to seek treatment."

"I have been going here for a long time. Occasionally the wait time is long, but the doctors are great. I find them thorough and friendly. I don't mind waiting a little bit if my doctor is a good doctor."

"I love this practice. They have always been super helpful whether me or my children need to be seen for sick visits. The staff works hard and always are kind. You don't have many offices that are open every day and have a multitude of different things they can do there. It's clean and we couldn't be happier with our care."
