"It's a good place and staff works hard. All orders have never had an issue. Can be very busy at times, so choose wisely. Using the app and ordering ahead will allow you to pull right up to the window and grab your order, and leave. If the drive-thru line is short, you can go by it on the right side and drive to the window. Donuts are usually fresh but are out sometimes depending on the time of day. Sandwiches are also good but sometimes can seem like they squished but always taste good. Could use more bacon, but what couldn't? I recommend this location."

"Waited to get help no one came. Someone finally directed me to try the kiosk. That one didn't show any of the donuts that are in the case. So I asked the staff behind the counter to help me no one acknowledged me. Trust me I was very polite and kind. And then another group of people came in went up to the register and the gentleman behind the counter started taking care of them. So I left"

"I have come to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every single day for the last year and I will not go to any other dunkin in Fulton . The workers here are all so amazing , day and night shift . They always do great with my order , and If something is ever wrong they’re more than happy to fix it . The best Dunkin’ Donuts in Fulton in my opinion !"

"Not fully baked muffin this visit. Poor employee service last visit. Went into restaurant and waited ten minutes and no one came to take my order. Ordered thru kiosk to be told that they were not able to make frozen coffees at that time. (Which could've been easily communicated had they just come taken my order themselves). Employee made ice coffees instead which were honestly really good but did not make up price difference from frozen coffees. Originally did not want to write a review and chalk it up to learning lesson but this time I had to wait a little again for someone to take order and then bit into an underbaked muffin."
