Starbucks

"So this has nothing to do with the workers, they were very nice girls except it was extremely under staffed. There were only 2 people working and had to close down the inside shop, when several people mobile ordered and made it difficult to get their drinks through the drive through. The Starbucks app said this store will be open until 9pm, but instead of a quick mobile order we were stuck waiting 20 minutes for one drink. Again, very sweet girls staffed, but the understaffing on a busy day made it way more difficult than it needed be."

"The staff is very nice, unfortunately it seems that every time they recieve new employees the drinks are off! Everything recently just tastes like milk and I was charged for two scoops of lavender but only got one in my drink. I don't like to be the complainer but it is frustrating to pay so much for something to be made incorrectly."

"Store is usually clean and spacious, but sometimes the drive-thru is unexpectedly closed. The staff is often pretty nice and friendly, however Starbucks need to be more consistent. I always order light ice and sometimes it is actually light ice, but most of the time the cup is filled to the brim with ice. I have included photos of my two “light ice” orders that seem more like extra ice. I don’t pay $6 for a cup of ice, I would like to have more of the drink that I actually ordered please."
