"Wish Starbucks would customize stores to match the local vibe; I'd spend more for 1) plant based options for food (at the least peanut butter for bagel) 2) less box store like, and more coffee shop vibe to read a book or work for a couple of hours 3) less noisy (may be the acoustics of a box store interior design). "Ordered grande cappuccino with 3 brown sugars. They added brown sugar syrup which changed the taste n couldn’t consume at all. Sugar and sugar syrup are different. Syrup is caramelized and it will spoil the taste of coffee. I tasted after I left the store, so couldn’t exchange."
"Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They NEVER get I ordered correct. And my order is very simple and I still can't get it right. I place my order 15 minutes before I get there and when I arrive it's still not ready and when the girl it's it ready it's not what I ordered but I don't have time to wait for her to fix it because I'll be late for work. Never will I go there again."
"Came in to the store due to BOGO fall drinks on Thursday (sept only, after noons). I got two drinks and used app to pay. I didnt get BOGO. Went up to cashier to have them refund the drink - she couldn't. Said it was too late. She said I needed to ask for BOGO to get it."
