"Worst part about leaving Utica is I can't get the food anymore... Jeff is an amazing cook. Not only does he make amazing food, he's also very innovative (something sorely lacking in this modern culinary world) he was great company. The food is amazing, but that's no surprise. What was surprising was the prices. I checked some of the big breakfast places (Dennys, IHOP, etc.) And goldens is around the same price, cheaper in most instances! Considering the quality it's amazing what this man does. New "must visit when visiting" restaurant unlocked."

"10 out of 10! Stopped by this charming small corner spot for breakfast! I had the corn bread bubble waffle with NY pure maple syrup and a side of bacon. It was so DELICIOUS! The owner, Jeff, is friendly and cooks right on the spot for you. The menu is straightforward yet thoughtful featuring different daily specials. Was visiting for work and discovered it on my last day, bummed I didn’t find it sooner because I would have come here every morning."

"Classic diner greasy spoon type of food. It’s a one man show with only the chef there. Amazing and delicious food and I thought the corn bubble waffles were fantastic. Never had them before and I think it’s a new favorite now."
