"Worst egg sandwiches we have ever had. Bacon was so over cooked and eggs not quite cooked. I called to complain and was told that bacon is precooked and broken into pieces as they made the sandwich. I will not be back. Terrible!"
"I have been going here for a few years because they have chocolate chip cream cheese. It has continually gone down in quality as the price keeps increasing. Last time, my order was wrong and today when I got home and started eating my bagel it tasted strange. There was mold. I will never be back."
"Just left there. They gave us egg bagels we asked for egg everything. Hardly any cream cheese. Cost $4.25 each. Way over priced. Plus they taste old. total bill was $15. With coffee.Never going back sorry."
"I went in with someone and we each asked (separately) for two dozen bagels. I was told that since we were “together,” we couldn’t each buy our own dozen. Not to mention, the manager told us there weren’t enough bagels! (They were low on bagels, granted, but certainly enough for two dozen with more left over!) I guess this bagel shop doesn’t want to do business with paying customers. The food is pretty trash for a Long Island deli anyways. Do yourself a favor and look for bagels/deli foods elsewhere! Edit: added photos of so-called “bagels”"
"This could be one of the worst bagel/deli's Ive ever been to. Should have just walked out when I asked the girl for red onions on my sandwich and she replied they only have purple..... She didn't even wrap the sandwich, got "iced teas" that came from the mystery backroom. Please see photos for the "philly cheese" my husband threw out because he couldn't eat it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. ps... the girls sweep dirt toward all the bagels while sweeping the floor. Thanks for wasting my time and $30"
