7-Eleven

"Never stop here at night or at all. Stopped here at night on a drive back. You have to be allowed in via button for security(bad sign) then staff is too busy with their own stuff to care about checking you out. Cashier obviously pissed and wanting me out. Felt like I was gonna be stabbed by either the staff or whoever hangs around a 7/11 at 1 am. Sped out of there as fast as I could. Not worth risking your life here when there are plenty of other 7-Elevens in nicer neighborhoods."

"Im a dasher. I cane 7 eleven. I said before hi . She doesn’t say tto me hi .I said the employees i ve an order . Pickup name is kate.still no speak with me. Any way . I saw she is ready my order. Ok no problem. But His facial expression was very bad. He looked like he didn't want to prepare an order. The expression on his face shows that. Why is he behaving like this? I did not treat him badly. I didn't curse him. I have to come and ask for the order. It doesn't matter if he behaves badly towards me after I spill the coffee. Because I spilled the coffee, he did all this to me before he spilled the coffee."

"The workers here always have the poorest attitude. Especially the older Spanish lady. Like you are inconveniencing their day. Rolling their eyes and shaking their head all because their card machine doesn't read cards half the time. I go here everyday sadly and the same lady always has an attitude, never hi, good morning. God forbid she has to do her job, she will give you an attitude."

"One of the most DISGUSTING bathrooms I have ever seen in my entire life. There is absolutely nothing remotely clean about it. There is no way that the state of that bathroom is legal, it has to go against some kind of health code... And to top it all off, the soap and hand sanitizer were completely empty. I am appalled. I mentioned the lack of soap and sanitizer, as well as the state of the bathroom to the cashier... His reaction was one of indifference and acceptance, as if it was ok or normal. Horrid. Putrid."

"On October 12th, 2021, I came to this 7-Eleven and was extremely disappointed at the rude and discriminatory service Antonio treated me with. I was looking to purchase a pack of chewing gum with my debit card. When the machine was unable to read my card, I offered to pay in cash instead. I gave him a $5 dollar bill and in my change, he gave me a half dollar coin. I politely asked if I could exchange the half dollar coin to 2 quarter coins instead. He shot back “why, this is Chinese money! Why can’t you use it”, angrily cursing at me and telling me to get out when I called him out on his discriminatory behavior. The money and more importantly the service you provide should not be divided upon perceived race. This was an immensely disappointing, frustrating, angering and a very concerning experienced. I felt personally assaulted. It’s a shame that I had to go through this ordeal at 7-Eleven and it has made me and my friends uncomfortable and unwilling to return to any of the 7-Eleven’s now. I really wish for the company to do better in employing professional non-discriminate employees. This behavior is unacceptable to all of your customers and detrimental to your brand."
