"I love this place! BDBC is such a cozy, comfortable and fun place to visit. The coffee is fresh and delicious. We ordered the chocolate croissants, the M&M cookies and the chocolate chip cookies and they all were amazing. Service is super friendly and patient. I highly recommend this bakery cafe the next time you visit Greenport."

"You can smell the butter when you walk into The Blue Duck Bakery and it makes you want to buy one of everything in the case. It's a cute cafe on the inside with tables outdoors in the alley on the side. The selection of pastries are bewildering but you can't really go wrong. Close to the heart of Greenport, Blue Duck is a close walk to the waterfront and there is a parking lot out back. Wood definitely recommend if you're getting pastry for breakfast or looking for dessert later on. Worth a trip."

"I had a turkey, tomato, avocado and cheese sandwich on Italian bread. The nice lady grilled it for me and it was delicious. A fine fine broccoli and cheese soup. And a to-die-for blueberry turnover; bursting with flavor but not overly sweet. All in a cutely refurbished house with 4 or 5 tables where you could dine in if you wanted to (which I did). The display had pies and pastries and cakes and cookies, which I would love to have tried but was full from my meal and just passing through. I can’t imagine anyone not loving this place."
