"Had a 3:30 order pick up time for a 4pm bbq. It is now 4:15 and order still not ready. Extremely disorganized. Customers with 4pm times are walking out with their orders!!! All young people working with no adult manager to organize things. I left an tip when I placed my on line order. Never again. I would like that money back for sure. This is absolutely disgraceful and no way to run a business. If they don't get their act together and fast they may just be out of business!!!!"

Each time I come into the store, no matter what time or day, I am always greeted by Alex who is always smiling. He is young and usually that age everyone's on their phone but not him. He is always doing something, I have never seen him slacking at all. He welcomes you, he is kind. treats you with respect and the food is always fresh! He is a great worker and def keeps us coming back!!!!"
