Reviews
"Sadly this location served me and my grandaughter burnt pretzel nuggets. It was almost like the service lady working on this particular evening knew the condition. She moved past like three other cups of the same items in the display case. $5.75 wasted. I prefer not to revisit this location in the future."
"I went here a few days ago, the short female manager I was on line. Customer service should be their number one priority when I asked her to repeat herself she gave me an attitude because I couldn’t understand her English. I would expect the manager would be able to speak English or atleast not be so nasty. Terrible woman."
"The manager at this establishment is truly disgusting. She is a short lady and always has her in a bun, and a pen in her bun, not sure what her name is. I don’t even know where to start. She was making the pretzels without gloves, touched them bare handed, even saw her pick her nose while preparing the pretzels. she was even touching her phone and continued to touch the rest of the foods on display and serve them to customers. When I saw this I immediately left the line and took my business else where. Definitely don’t recommend this place."
"Customer service is everything to me and I left this place extremely disappointed today regardless of how good the pretzels are. I placed an order on line and when I went to pick up my order the cashier told me I had to pay for it. Think about it how can you place an order on line and not pay for it? He went back and forth with me I even showed this man my bank account with the correct amount deducted and he still Kept telling me I had to pay for it. I ask him to speak to the manager- with no response. He was rude and dismissive. Long story short, I ended up walking away with my money in my pocket and left the pretzels behind. Never going back here."
"Paranoid Hispanic woman with the mask on is afraid to touch cash. Left very disappointed. Covid is almost non existent at this point. Relax"
