"There was only one lady that was working there, the blonde hair worker, I wanted to use the app to redeem my points she did not even know how to do that plus messed up my order took her 20 mins to take and prepare the order. To further explain I ordered a medium caramel latte, and hash browns I told her I wanted 12 hash browns in total but she put 12 servings of 6 hash browns and as of my latte if was not how it usually is this one was really bitter. Never going back there."

"They simply combined ice, milk and matcha powder. I must probably perform the function of the mixer myself, trying to stir the powder that settled at the bottom of the glass with a straw..."

"After exhausting shopping at the BJ'S store, grab up a cup or coffee and eat some donuts. However, coffee here is too cold and it is better to make it at home but the frozen coffee and shakes are really amazing so instead of coffee take some frozen stuff and cool down your mind."

"Got iced coffee and it’s burned. Tastes like they never washed machines. When you pay 5$ for iced coffee you want it to taste good. Hopefully management takes a note and fix it. Also ordered sweet iced tea,but they didn’t put sweet syrup."

"Overall convenient place to have a light snack. Good amount of seats & quick service when BJs is not busy (except weekends). They barely have any items around 6pm when it comes to donuts/muffins. I purchased those mini-bagels with cream cheese and it wasn’t good. No taste at all and cream-cheese was bad. Didn’t even taste like actual cream-cheese. I don’t blame the staff though for this, since most of these items are pre-made and sent to this location. The only thing you can expect workers to actually make themselves are the sandwiches and drinks. Also, Despite their schedule saying they close at 9pm, they stop accepting orders after 8pm. They should update their hours."
