"Horrible service. WENT THERE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THEY MADE ME A CUP OF MILK WHEN I ORDERED COFFEE. When I asked the lady to put more coffee she said it’s more money and acted very rude."
"I order coffee there everyday, but its always just one lady who is giving attitude. I asked about reward today, and she served two clients before me, but when i asked about redeem my rewards, she started to take a garbage, swipe everything, so she just stalling for time.. I was in a rush, so thats why i just turned around went out. Well ,i dont know whats wrong with her, but i think people should be nice to other clients, especially when clients trying to be nice too."

They apologize for every little thing that goes wrong, I don't even mind the extra one minute wait for the next to be brewed because of their attitude towards me and the job. They get the job done, fast, quick and accurate. They have the best service any other franchise could have. I would come here sometime and recommend this to my friends.
