"Great place to grab quick coffee, the workers are amazing, me and my friend gotten to the point where one of the guys (middle eastern looking guy) knows our order by heart lol"

"As a big Dunkin’ Donuts fan this establishment really disappointments me. Talk about a complete disaster. Quality of food BAD. Customer Service BAD. The sandwich they made me this morning was so bad I decided to just give it to my dog. The laziness of some of the workers at this place is laughable. They say “America runs on Dunkin”, but I think America should run far far away from this Dunkin’ Donuts."

"Girl with all the makeup on took her sweet time taking my order. Her coworker had to tell her stop messing around and take my order. He ended up taking my order and she disappeared."

"This DD location was very untidy to say it was only approximately 11 a.m. We had to clean off our table. There was trash all over the floor. Chairs were all over the place. The employees seem not to be bothered by the mess in the dining area. My elderly mom couldn't use the bathroom due to it being out of order. Personally, I believe either it wasn't clean or no one wanted to clean up after customers. So, after buying coffee and breakfast, we had to walk back to her doctor's just to use the bathroom. If they would tidy up this location, I think they could get a better rating from customers."

"Generally the donuts are fresh but sometimes sold stale after sundown. The large store is shared with Baskin Robbins and located near a subway terminal endpoint which consequently attracts vagrants. Their parking lot is also very large with entrances & exits on 4th and 5th Avenues which occasionally subjects it to speeding drivers taking shortcuts."
