"I LOVE this Dunkin!!!!!!!! I go here every Friday in the afternoon and the staff is awesome!! The people there are super sweet and they’re always super welcoming! The 2 guys working together are really nice! One is named Ali and the other one doesn’t wear a name tag , but he is EQUALLY as nice!! They do their job really professionally and I wish these two guys stay there forever!! I’d love to come back in 2 years and still see these two guys at their peak!!!"

"Obnoxious staff! Every single employee has a frown 24/7. They NEVER respond to hi, how are you or good morning, they just stare at you angrily and blurt “what do you want”. The parking lot is convenient, but it doesn’t make up for the disgusting attitudes of the workers at this establishment. Stop getting mad at your customers for existing The workers here don’t know how to make iced coffee properly, they always drown it out with milk. You know the coffee will taste nasty when it’s white like paper. They can’t be bothered to make a decent cup of coffee, they take two seconds to prepare it and get agitated when you ask for another one. Edit: they also got my order wrong for the second time this week."

"Great indoor dining, mostly clean, but the quality of the food definitely dropped, in my experience, most of the employees are respectful and they don't take long to prepare your order. A problem I noticed is that their coffee always taste burnt. Their veggie sausage is very small compared to the regular sausage other dunkin locations give. I also often receive very small amounts of bacon. I would only recommend their donuts, refreshers, and teas."

"Ordered one doughnut for my grandson on their app. Parked in their large-enough lot. Place looks brand new. Floor was unswept. After five minutes of standing around-no one in front of me, and the two employees feverishly mixing drinks for what must have been invisible customers-I had to ask for my doughnut. I mean they SEE me standing there, and no one else is waiting, I don’t see the difficulty in placing one doughnut in a bag. Plus, no ‘Thank you.’ Entire experience just turned me off. Not coming here again."

"Standard, below average food... And consistently slightly burnt tasting ice coffee.. We occasionally go because it's convenient, clean and never gross... Isn't that just sad. Love the new updated store.... Oh, Most IMPORTANTLY, I refuse to buy their constantly SHRINKING DONUTS! they should re name themselves Disappearing Donuts! #DDDoubleStackByJack"
