"I stopped to get some treats for Rosh Hashannah. The woman at the counter yelled at the woman who came in right behind me when she tried to order because she “wasn’t waiting her turn.” I was standing off to the side because I didn’t know what I wanted yet. When I ordered, I asked for a half pound of lace cookies, then changed my mind to a full pound when I saw the small size of the half pound box. She yelled at me for this because I JUST told her that I wanted a half pound. When I explained it wasn’t enough, so I was asking for a larger amount, she asked 3 times very sarcastically if that was all I wanted. I told her 3 times that I wanted more but I wanted a Full pound of the lace cookies. She yelled at me again when I asked for another box of different cookies. I found out from my step daughter that she was yelled at also when she ordered cookies from them erev Shabbos last week. Then when I got home, the cookies were stale. I don’t think I will be buying here again."
