"This Dunkin needs new management! The staff take so long just to take your order. They see you waiting but act like they are busy!!! Then when it’s your turn they attend you with an attitude."

"The first thing I noticed when I looked into the glass case filled with ice cream were two ice popsicles protruding from the vanilla ice cream. This prompted me to look up and see where they were coming from. I noticed that the glass case above had mold and moisture dripping onto the vanilla ice cream. I pointed it out to two employees, who told me they would inform their supervisors. One of the employees then proceeded to wipe the mold off with a paper towel and scooped ice cream only from the area where the two popsicles had formed. I have a toddler who I bring to baskin Robin's occasionally, and to see that me feel sick to my stomach. This is a major health risk. I understand things happen, but I feel like the proper actions that should have been taken were to remove the container with the vanilla ice cream and for employees to properly clean the mold."

"Everything was bad except the workers. There kind and was the only 2 workers that was doing all the work. Bad party is it’s just reheated food with a leftover donut. All of the options are basically gone. I have a 5 star because of the nice employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!"

"Ordered a turtle signature latte through their app and it was pretty convenient. They made it pretty good and it was delicious. They have little place to sit and eat. Check this place if you're around the area."

"AVOID AT ALL COST! Place was almost empty, 3 people in a front of me in line, it took them 15 minutes to take my order! Place is dirty, unsupervised and staff simply do not care. People who work there just wondering around pretending they're busy."
