"Tiny Chinese Cafe and the egg tarts, which are the main attraction, are $1.75. I personally love them, the custardy filling and they're larger than others I've tried.. No complaints and I occasionally travel over 1 hour to go buy them. They also have various shakes, juices, teas etc. along with other bakery items."
"I’m glad this bakery that mainly locals go to has very good Portuguese egg tarts. I’ve had many egg tarts and I can def say this is top tier. Super fluffy, hot and sweet just like how it’s suppose to be. It’s made fresh and only limited amounts of these Portuguese egg tarts are made a day so definitely come early. I got 2 because I just knew that it was gonna be that good. And I’m glad the price is not fluctuated by clout or food reviewers that make the place popular. Again, top tier and a must try. PS: sorry couldn’t wait to eat so here’s a picture of it half gone"
"Aesthetically, the most beautiful egg custard tart I have ever laid my eyes on. They are cranking these things out hot, fresh, and ready to go. They also had a bunch of other baked goods that looked delicious. My piece of advice would be to let the egg custard tart cool down for like five minutes so it can set up a little more and so you can properly enjoy it. I didn't do this, and I feel like it hampered some of the experience. However, it was still delicious, and there's also a bunch of different Asian markets to explore while you walk and eat through the streets."
"Recommend by my daughter who moved to Brooklyn Chinatown a few months ago. You get in line, grab a tray & server will put on your tray what you point out. Egg Tarts are kept by cash register where you also order beverages. the fluffiest Portuguese Egg Tart that i’ve ever had… and I’ve had many in any city with a Chinese bakery. I was underwhelmed with seaweed bun. Savory on only the top & the rest of bun was sweet. I also had a great cup of coffee there: be forewarned that it is served with milk & sugar. You have to request black. 2 large egg tarts st $3.50 each, 8 oz coffee $1.50, seaweed bun $1.75."
"This place is amazing The Portuguese egg tarts are PHENOMENAL! The baked goods are good as well! HOWEVER be forewarned that there is always a line for egg tarts so if you want them. Call in advance because it gets very crowded. They roll them out in waves so BE COURTEOUS! The staff are amazing people as well!"
