"I RECENTLY ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION ON DOOR DASH AND NEVER GOT MY ORDER. I PLACED MY ORDER ABOUT 6.30AM WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH NO PROBLEMS. I RECIEVED THE CONFIRMATION TEXT THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN RECIEVED AND THAT IT WAS IN THE WORKS. ETA WAS 7.15. AROUND 7.08 I RECEIVE ANOTHER MESSAGE STATING IT WOULD NOT BE ARRIVING UNTIL 7.30-7 50. A FEW MINUTES AFTER I RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED. SO I CALL THE STORE AND WHOEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE I EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND THEY HAVENT RECEIVED ANY ONLINE OR NOTHING. I TOLD HIM I PUT MY ORDER IN AT ABOUT 6.30 AND THE MONEY HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OUT. HE TRIES TO BUSH ME OFF VERY NONCHALANTLY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. THE GUY HANGS UP. I CALL BACK. BEFORE I SAID A PEEP HE IS YELLING SAYING WE'RE CLOSED WE DONT HAVE YOUR MONEY CALL DOOR DASH. AND HANGS UP. OF COURSE I CALL DOOR DASH. THEY EXPLAIN IN A MUCH BETTER TONE THAT THE SYSTEM DOES SHOW THAT A REFUND WAS ISSUED. I TOLD HER THEY ARE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY AND THEY WILL BE CAUSING YOU TO GET A BAD REVIEW. THATS NOT THE POINT. MY POINT IS IF IM USING A THIRD PARTY APP AS A MEANS TO GETTING A PRODUCT AND THE DISTRIBUTOR IS RUDE AND NASTY, IT LOOKS BAD FOR DOOR DASH! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION DUNKIN DONUTS AND I WILL ALSO BE DELETING DOOR DASH."
