"Warning: avoid bar 360 in the NYC Casino if you value decent human interaction! The manager, who seemed to be having a permanently bad day, was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I asked for a simple request, and he - Rolled his eyes - Sighed heavily - Spoke in a condescending tone - Told me "it's not our problem" when I pointed out an issue with my glass When I politely asked to speak to his supervisor, he scoffed and said "good luck with that". Unbelievable! The food was subpar, but the service was downright toxic. It's clear that the manager has no interest in customer satisfaction or basic human decency. Bar 360, you need to seriously retrain or replace your staff. Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere."

Great sports Bar, The drinks are good but a little pricey, wish they had some snack foods like crackers, peanuts,popcorn would be great or mix chex mix. It's clean, comfortable lounge, still enough room for you to dance. Mature crowd and security guards are on the job. We plan on coming back! The Prince imposter was GREAT!!! A full concert, and the band was Great bring them back please!on a Friday!,"
