"The cashier lady’s are super rude in the morning giving attitudes. Order online and went to pick up when asked where my order was they were just rude. I have order here multiple times and with the cashier they are ALWAYS RUDE. The guy on the other hand is the only great-able and friendly one. If you don’t like to do your job why are you there?"
"So like, what’s the deal with the closing time? It gets earlier and earlier. It’s 7:10pm and the manager is there talking about “no 2 for 6 sandwiches today, the kitchen is closed”. (All with lots of attitude). Manager also LOVES to scream at and belittle his employees. Seen it on multiple occasions. - I’m sure the franchise owner wouldn’t be happy to hear the practices that come out of here. Would put 0 stars if it was an option."
"Employee have difficulty to understand…I order strawberry dragonfruit with lemonade, they gave me Ice tea with strawberry dragonfruit . When I ask the employee is it with lemonade she said yes it is …but it’s not."
"I lived in the neighborhood and I’ve been there a couple of times, they take for ever and worst sometimes there is only 1 customer in front of me and that’s been waiting there for like 5 mins just to place his order and 3 sales associates couldn’t make the service faster. I waited like 10 minutes just to place my order,with nobody else in front of me. And the sales associates decided to do something else. Boss If you aren’t making money is because the people you have working there. Ridiculous!!"
