"I have no idea what changes they’ve made. But the Korean hotdog has gotten so bad tasting, way too much bread and not enough cheese. Had to rip it apart to get the hotdog. The mochi doughnut has gotten a bit bigger but still tasted decent thankfully. Please bring back the old Korean hotdog recipe."

"While most times I've been here, it's mostly been a hit (maybe a few baking snags), but overall pretty satisfying. But today, I decided to impress my cousins with a dozen and a half for a family party an hour away. They've never had so I was excited for them to try. When my wife picked up our order today, I immediately was suspicious cause the box containing them felt really flimsy. Like if you held it in middle, it bent like it was going to split in half. I thought it was just a poor container and let it slide. When we got to the party, I placed the boxes on the table and called some cousins to try some. I decided to try one first and when i picked it up, it was flimsy, like one of those rubber sheets you use to open container lids. And mushy, it was not that hard crispy outer shell and sift chewy middle, it was doughy and stretchy and full of oil. I then noticed the bottom of the container was drenched in oil. It was pretty awful and we couldn't even get through that donut. If I was closer to home, i would have went back and asked for a replacement but we were too far. Just disappointing and I can't believe they actually served that to us or an employee didn't even detect that. And worst of all, that was like $30+ down the drain. Honestly, I know mistakes happen and maybe we'll go back. BUT... Mochi Ring - Union, I really hope you do better cause I can't imagine I was the only customer who experienced that batch at the time. And if you want me to go further, as a patron of all 3 of your neighboring businesses there, I think the service and quality of each has gone down. I can tell you as a Union resident, you need to do better because I have heard first hand other poor reviews of your businesses as of late and you are fortunate none of them have wrote a public review. Customers, before you leave the shop, always inspect the goods to see if they are of quality. (June 15, 2024, around 12 noon)"

"First of all the mochi donuts and korean corn dogs are spectacular. They’re always really good!! But the service could be so much better. I went yesterday with my friends, we all made orders and the girl at the front took them. She was on her phone the entire time; and didn’t give the man in the back my friends order. We waited 40 minutes and if we hadn’t asked her she wouldn’t have remembered. I went right now on my lunch break because at 7:50 yesterday they ran out of mochi donuts, and my family wants some. The guy there tells me he’s having difficulties and nothing is ready. There is rarely the manager there supervising anything. Really needs an update on their service and the atmosphere. I have been going to this place for a year, and there is always new people there. So the food is amazing, but expect issues when you come."

"Ring in the yum! Of all the mochi donut places I've tried, these stay the softest even when they're a couple days old. The day my family and I visited, they had 10 flavors available and we enjoyed all, especially the Nutella, Strawberry, and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. We love it a hole bunch! ;) NOTES/TIPS: **No restroom, more of a take out spot. **Between Bonchon and Barangay. **Street parking. **They offer several great deals of 1 free donut for buying 6 or 2 for buying a dozen, and 1 free taiyaki ice cream for buying 2."
