"Honestly, didn't want to make this but... this place sucks. From the quality service, to the actual quality of the drinks. You're better off going to 85th street DD because they are so sweet over there and the food/ drinks are made with love. They come out so much better there. I feel like Woodhaven DD just rushes and doesn't care how anything comes out. Last few times I was there the older man who workers there just seem so miserable that it reflected on his customer service. He looked disgusted to take our order. And while I understand probably the frustration of working there but theres no need to be rude. Any issues you have have to be left behind after you clock in. It just sucks I have to go out my way to another further DD because I know I wont be happy with thee outcome at Woodhaven DD"

"Horrible service period!!!.. this Bangladesh ladys are NOT customer service oriented at all. I ordered a bagel toasted w creme cheese and a coffee. They gave me the coffee and i was waiting and waiting literally 15 minutes until i ask where is my bagel and she said we don't have. So why they don't inform and let a costumer waiting for a fricking bagel. Then they started talking on their language which is soooo f'ing unprofessional doing it in front of customers.. if i could give ZERO to this place i would do."

"Although the staff’s proficiency in English is not superb, they are a group of friendly and welcoming people who prepares your orders swiftly and properly if instructed clearly. Nice place to grab a cup of joe before heading up for or just alighting from the J/Z train. Oh, and the ice cream scoops are delightfully generous."
