"I'm going to be honest, this Dunkin Donut should be shut down! I've visited this place to grab a quick breakfast and I have to say I was very disappointed. Let me start by saying the donuts are always hard never fresh plus the coffee was watery. Not to mention the costumer service was very poor. The shop is literally so messy and looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in days."
"I try to be fair and give places a chance, but when you constantly get orders wrong, it's frustrating. On their good days, it's fine. On their not so good days, it's chaotic. I get it's a high volume store, and it can get really busy. But at this point, they just have too many incompetent employees or not enough to handle the load. I held off from a review for a very long time, but I just got tired of constantly settling for their screw ups. I stopped going for a long time because end the day, that's what will hurt any business more than a review. It's a dunkin, so I can't have high expectations regardless of the fact. But it still bothers me the few times I do bother with this location. They tend to always mess up my orders. If you're getting something super basic like a donut and just regular hot coffee, you should be ok. Either than that, it's a roulette game, especially if it's busy."
"I’m not even going to lie this is the best Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. It’s open 24 hours, they’re pretty quick with the drinks and I feel like they are more consistent than some of the other locations I go to. Like they have their stuff together The donuts are fresh, the food is hot And I feel like mobile ordering from this location is always really easy because it’s bigger than other locations. plus they have an ATM and a mobile ordering station now"
