"I went to work from on a Friday afternoon and ordered the iced Nutella Latte, which one might say is something they advertise as their signature drink. It entailed covering the coffee cup in Nutella and throwing some milk and espresso on ice. The taste was not great to say the least and it’s probably the worst Nutella latte I’ve ever had"
"Owner should fire young male with the 1996 tattoo. He acted like it was a burden to take my order. When he misunderstood me, and I tried to clarify he started glaring at me as if he wanted to fight me. On previous visits I’ve also been met with poor customer service from their staff. It’s a shame because i enjoy their food but will be encouraging my neighbors and friends to not go there any more thanks to Mr 1996 tattoo"
"Stopped here on a whim to do some work. Great choice by myself if I say so myself. Coffee was delish and the bakery was a 10/10."
"Big bright & charming space. The coffee and focaccia are delicious and fresh but the biscottis are too hard, almost broke a tooth (I’m not joking) and the cornettos ( Italian style croissants) need improvement, they are more like big buttery brioches than actual croissants, not appealing at all."
"Delicious! I have so tried two locations of Prato. The 4th street location and this Bay St location. Excellent service and delicious food! The layout of the store is strange but It’s certainly a hidden gem. I had the La Cremosa Sandwich with spicy sauce. I also ordered the Olive focaccina. The olive focaccina was dry and nothing special but the sand which was AMAZING! Thank you-"
