"Service was great, but the sandwiches were very disappointing. For almost $17, I thought it would be good, but the bread was tooth-breaking stale. It’s a shame because the flavor is good, but I was expecting fresh focaccia if this is really a bakery. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this place."
"One word…….CANTUCCI! Prato transports you to a world of Tuscan pastries. From the crunchy yet soft almond cantucci (also known as biscotti), savory sandwiches, to a variety of house made focaccia, your Italian cafe daydream is a sweet treat away."
"I was so excited for Prato to open. The sandwiches look delicious but every time I go in there, it’s empty and they have 1-2 sandwiches out. My sandwiches don’t taste fresh - maybe sitting out too long which isn’t a good feeling when they cost $17! Bread is stale and hard to chew. Meat is starting to harden in the sandwich. The cantucci and other desserts are delicious. Coffee is great. Service is very good. I really want to like Prato because it’s so close to where I live but for now it’s a bit overpriced and doesn’t feel fresh. I don’t want to give up on Prato - please make some changes!"
"Stopped in for a plain iced coffee, and something about the flavor was just amazing. I can't describe it, but you can tell the quality was there, not to mention the biscotti was freshly made and tasted delicious. Would recommend"
