"This is the worst Paris Baguette I’ve been to. The place was a disorganized mess. I purchased a Snow Bunny Cake that was on display, but while I was waiting for them to box it up, the staff realized it was the last one and checked the time stamps on our receipts. Unfortunately, the other customer had ordered it first. The staff made no effort to resolve the mistake, and my only option was to pay the difference for another cake. Horrible customer service for a mistake they made. They should have just ate the cost for the difference."

"Really love the summer oriented island counter cover! Just be careful to check if the window is closed or not, fly might comes in when people don’t close the door completely."

"The place itself is excellent; pastries and cakes are all five stars. It is the people visiting this place who are deficient. For example, a Latino couple’s toddler cried, and the mom yelled at her: shut up! And picked her up and stormed out the door. The dad followed, but he randomly put the tray full of pastries on the counter! The staff thought of putting all those disgusting pastries back on the shelves, so I had to stop her. I don’t think you should have an open space for those pastries; otherwise, disgusting people are just going to spread their spit or use dirty hands to touch those breads. People from different worlds have different sanitary standards."
