"I bought and liked their chocolate chip cookies in the past, so I tried their crumb cake. I bought them in Gio’s Deli in Florida. They tasted like they were previously frozen. They were freezer burned."
"I got their cookies at Roberto's in Wildwood Florida and Italian restaurant because they look like delicious cookies and then I got home and realized there's no damn sugar in them they have no flavor they're bland sugar is like the last ingredient what kind of Italian cookies have no sugar they look great they taste like dietetic food what kind of Italian cookies have no sugar they have no flavor they taste like dog biscuits"
"I LIKED THERE ROUND SLICED BREAD BUT NO MORE , I NOTICED THEY DON'T PRINT EXPIRATION DATE ON THE BREAD BAGS , LATELY A DAY AFTER I PURCHASE THE BREAD STARTS GETTING MILDEW, STARTS TO SMELL CERT EN WAY THEN STARTS HAVING GREEN MOLD"
"They need to train their employees with customer service etiquette. The 3 women at the front are just so grouchy. Not a smile, not a “welcome” or “hi” no “thank you” or “have a nice day”. I understand maybe they don’t get paid enough and are miserable at the job but come on, smile and just put a smile on a customers face in the morning. It’s more than likely that they are the first people that customers interact with. Start the day off bright. Maybe I’m asking for too much but those are just basic social skills! Other than that I love their bread and coffee. The smiles from the employees would definitely make it even better."
"SUPER SHADY BAKERY! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I got an Artisan sandwich loaf from these guys and would you believe it had olive pits in it? It cracked my teeth!!!! And when I called to talk to the owner many times but they never called me back! Worst customer service ever! Who leaves olive pits in sandwich bread? And to make things worse, all the dentists are closed because of COVID but these shady guys don't seem to think it's a problem."
