"I ordered the dark chocolate cake and coffee. The cake looked good but was actually very dry and crumbly. After tipping 20% at the time of order, I asked for an ice cube on my way out because the coffee was boiling hot and I was in a hurry and the younger lady behind the counter was very rude and wanted to charge extra for the ice cube. And the coffee wasn’t any good either. I won’t be going back."
"If I can give this place a 100 starts, I would! ✨the food is excellent, and the ambience is cozy, homie… it brings me back memories of eating lunch at my grandma’s. My favorite thing about this place is the ladies at the counter. I’ve had the best experience here than any other Colombia restaurant/bakery in Queens. I can tell the owner truly cares about who they’re hiring and they really know what they’re doing"
"Today, September 20, 2023 at 2:30 in the afternoon, I decided to enter this place for the first time because I found its facade and decoration pleasant. We ordered two lunches. Since we arrived, the attitude of the ladies who were serving was unpleasant and not very friendly, the service they provide is not at the table, when I asked for a container to put a meal they emphasized a lot on the price, I told them that it's fine, you have to pick it up at the cashier, I can't take it to the table, it was the response from the woman, then I asked to be able to use the bathroom, the response was that the bathroom is not available. The two women were always dismissive and disrespectful. I will never return to this place. The worst service of a place in New York. If you don't want to have a bad experience, don’t come."
"Love the decor; very vibrant and inviting. Nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly and bilingual (Spanish and English). Lots of great goodies to eat. The Red Velvet cheesecake was especially amazing and the buñuelos were light, fluffy and tasty. Been here about 4 or 5x so far and it's always been a nice experience."
