"An employee Chrissy I believe seems to have a "previous life" issue with me. I always seem to annoy her. EVERYONE else is cool. We laugh and exchange pleasantries. She is quite annoyed by me and her annoyance translates into bad service. Once I waited while other customers came and went. Literally, came after me and left before me. I asked her "what happened to my drink"? She says yours is a specialty drink it takes longer. Last I checked NO-ONE goes to Starbucks for REGULAR coffee. Most of the orders are special. So another barrista wanted to make things right by making my order. She tells him " don't bother yourself". I asked to have my money refunded. I don't go there anymore. My husband offered to get my drink the other day. I wrote a note explaining my drink ( he's not Starbucks savvy)and he was charged the venti price and they gave him a grande drink. Sadly this may just be the final reason to simply stop going to Starbucks all together."
