"I am giving a 1 star review for my experience with the parts department. I ordered parts for my Ram. They told me the parts would arrive in 2-3 days. I called after 3 days and the girl at the counter said there was no parts ordered. I told her I have the invoice that shows I paid $800. So, I decided to go there and there was a guy at the counter who told me it will be another 2-3 days. It makes me believe they forgot to order them because otherwise they would have said it would arrive any day instead of saying another 2-3 days like they originally said. I called the Cobleskill Dodge dealer and they will have everything done on Monday. From now on, I will use the Cobleskill Dodge dealership for all my needs."

"I never write reviews, but this time I have to this company is A1. I just purchased a jeep Wagoneer Saturday. The salesman was Scott. He is the perfect example. Of What a sales person supposed to be!! very gentle very understanding very patient and he goes above and beyond down to the office Reps they was very good. I have a jeep that I love and honestly, my experience was great. They really go above and beyond because I had a little hiccups with getting my insurance and Scott went out his way to help me.
