"I love this location. It is my go to but today was a miss. I am pretty easy going and don't like to make a fuss but if you are paying almost $7 -$8 a drink, employees should know how to make drinks. This did not look nor taste like a iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Just gross."

"Your workers seem to lack comprehension skills and proper training. My order was remade twice and still incorrect both times. Employees are there for a reason and are paid, so why are they making mistakes twice ? Whoever is responsible for training and hiring your employees needs to improve. They seem ill-prepared to handle their roles effectively."

"If there’s a problem with the app/payment there’s no resolution offered. I lost money from my Starbucks card here. Drinks have missing items and the texture is off. The same drink changes drastically from day to day. Cashiers will finish readjusting things behind the counter before taking orders."

"Refreshing beverages...Caramel ribbon Frappuccino or one of the new or seasonal flavors along with a baked good...especially the warmed walnut banana bread...after a long day at work. Great atmosphere with interesting music being played in the background. Truly enjoy stopping in after work before heading home. Doesn't have a restroom. The service is great and quick."

"I truly love this Starbucks. The team is so welcoming from the moment you walk in (even just to pick-up your mobile order) until you walk out. The warmth and friendliness has brought me back to this location for my pre-work breakfast and coffee every time now, compared to other locations near my work. Also, the wait time is great because they’re so on top of it. And they loudly call out your name when it’s ready so there isn’t any confusion. Thanks y’all!!"
