"Threw a birthday party for my son, and he loved it. The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. 2.5 hours was a perfect time. The kids enjoyed, themselves bowling and also enjoyed the video games and picture booth. Staff is super friendly. Just great vibes. Would definitely do it again."

"Celebrated the birthday of my two sons. Everyone was so accommodating. I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. Very attentive, accommodating, and most of all professional to our needs. Our guest were very happy to have attended. The decor with both of my children's names and the table decorated by them was the cherry on top. Those letters were the idea from one of the staff members and they took a picture of all of us with the names of our children. This to me shows that they will go above and beyond to create an atmosphere for their patrons. Thank you Bowlero @Belleville Staff."

"Had the opportunity to bring my nephews on Saturday 10/7/23. I live out of state and it was a great time! The wait wasn’t bad, food serve was friendly, laughed at my joke(s) and great with my nephews. I don’t remember his name but he had a bright smile, braided hair and approx 5’7” -Very Nice Guy and asset to your organization. I wish I remembered his name and can’t find the receipt. Again, Great Asset to your organizations! I’ve been in customer service for over 25 yrs, in a leadership role. This guy could ‘sell’ with his smile, can read the customer. He made the process feel seamless and went out of his way. Thank You! I hadn’t bowled in a long time and it was a great time. My eldest nephew won but we had fun doing it. We will be back next time I visit!"
