"The service actually manages to get worse with each visit with each new employee that you hire. I would advise to hire a better quality of candidate because who you have there now it's literally running customers out the door and they don't come back anyone I talk to can't stand this location or the people in it do better Dunkin'"
"Yesterday, February 11th 2024, i went to get a coffee at dunkin and went to the pizzeria next door. I come out and the Owner of Dunkin booted my car and used his car to block my car so "I wouldn't get out. I asked why, and he said because I was parked too long, read the signs".... what sense does this make if I'm giving him business? I had to wait for police to get my car unbooted and PAY $75...... Get your coffee somewhere else. Will not go back there again."

"One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. The parking is horrible, the staff is friendly but almost always gets the order wrong. They should spend less time talking to each other and spend more time working to get the orders right. Also the new staff looks like they do not want to be there, and it makes me not want to go there! I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I posted the picture below lol. You can’t make this up!"
