"Been here about half a dozen times now and never disappointed. It seems if you deviate from 'plain' at lots of bagel joints they are tough and seem day-old. However, bagels here have been fresh every single time (even less common flavors). Also, absolute best ice coffee around. The place is clean, open, and airy."

"I went here for the first time today to get flagels. The place is absolutely sparkling clean the staff is super friendly and the flagels are delicious!!! A sandwich on a flagel is much easier to eat than on a bagel!!!"
"First time visiting, great spot! So many options, need to go back a few more times! Frankie on the register was great, lots of counter people handling the orders and preparations. Place has plenty of seating, plus a walk-up window out on the side street. Had the pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything, awesome. If you looking for breakfast or lunch, try this spot."
