"Standard, nothing to write home about. Service was a little lacking and slower service but my most recent trip was during the morning rush so experienced could be excused. You basically order, move over to the waiting area and lookout for your order. Be warned they don't call out your order so need to go visually see if what's placed on the counter belongs to you. They also operate a Baskin Robbins in the same store but different registers."

"I have been coming to this location for quite sometime but it seems that after visiting it a couple of times recently....it hasn't changed much. The place isn't so big and has limited seating and a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream towards the rear. Its usually busy during morning rush hour making it not possible to eat-in due to lack of table availability but things tend to die down later as the afternoon approaches but even if you get a table chances are its filthy or filled with the last customer's crumbs and garbage, this almost never fails. You also may encounter the frequent panhandlers either at their entrances or coming inside bothering people as they eat. Don't expect Customer restrooms or Parking here as they are none. Staff are usually straight forward in taking your order and I've had no serious issues with the food here. They are also open 24 hours but after 10 p.m. you will have to order from outside through a Order window. This place is ok at most and can use a little more attention inside."

"I visited this DD location with my daughter for breakfast. Employees were courteous. The line to order was extremely long. Seating area. I ordered the Big n'Toasted, very tasty and filling. My daughter ordered a savory Turkey Sausage sandwich and an Iced Coffee. Close to transportation buses Bx5, Bx19. Trains 2 and 5."

"I hate that I'm 38 and now I'm becoming a coffee drinker. I'm addicted to the frozen caramel coffee. Sometimes I'll get sandwiches and donuts. But this place is great. It gets very popular with long lines, but the staff make it happen and work."
