"I ordered a medium-sized iced cappuccino with whole milk, but they ended up making a hot cappuccino instead. I thought it's fine and decided to take it. As I walked away, I realized they used almond milk, and it's not even a cappuccino – it's just black coffee. To make matters worse, I paid $6 for it."

"If i can give this place 0 stars I would. The worst customer service on a wednesday evening . Wouldn’t replace a drink even though we know what our drink should taste like because always buy from other dunkin’ donuts. Charge $1.20 for a cup of ice . They don’t know what they’re doing. Ordered a matcha with cold foam and got sweetener instead enough sugar to give me diabetes !!!!! matcha was not dissolved !!!!!! They would not fix or replace my drink… Going to walk a few more blocks to starbucks instead !"

"Very bad service at this location. The staff making the food apparantly skips the numbers for their friends while making us all wait in line. Also, she didn't change gloves between handling bacon and other orders causing cross contamination. Edit: the food was so bad and stale that my kid didn't even eat it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"Often crowded, but they have a good system w the mobile orders. I always order as I walk over, about 5-10 min before arriving, and my order is ready for pick up. Never had any issues with mistakes in my order either. Mobile app also always has some sort of offer for a free coffee or snack."

"Usually, this place is decent, however yesterday was ridiculous. I placed an order for a carrot cake muffin through the app at around 6:55pm. I got there and it wasn’t there, there was a guy behind the register and a woman making the one drink she had then she was free. The guy behind the register was dealing with an absurdly rude and nasty customer and the cashier was trying to mess with that customer by breaking down his change into small coins and taking his time. This lasted over 15 minutes and I had to wait that long because the cashier decided to annoy this one customer at the expense of others. Plus the muffin didn’t have the topping it usually comes with because he claimed they were out (which is fine). Don’t make other customers wait because you wanna be petty. I’m all for you making life a mess for the customers that treat you bad, but you could have had the woman get me my muffin or better yet made the other wait longer while he got my product. It shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes. And to make it worse, he made me pull up my order number when the ticket was right in front of him."
