"Had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca at the farmer's market at Preston High School. The coconut macaroons were the best I've ever had - silky with rich coconut flavor. I also had the cheese flan and loved it. Smooth texture and delicious. A wonderfully balanced recipe that hits all the notes you want in a perfect flan! "I can't get enough of the Limbers, It's hard to say which is my favorite. I love the coconut shred , the creaminess of the Leche, so good.. mango and parcha is so creamy. I tasted the coquito (adult) limber and if you have had Rebecca's coquito enough said, so delicious.. Very refreshing for the summer!!!! Taste one or taste them all, you won't regret it."
