"It’s been years since I had a Cinnabon. It was truly delicious, perfect amount of glaze and sweetness- I want more! It’s a shared storefront with Auntie Ann’s. Customer service was so great. The young lady went over the prices with me, it was better to stick with the original classic Cinnabon roll. I was debating on the original vs the minis - it was a dollar difference so I chose the original. The lady at the counter toasted it up for me - such a great experience. Will come again."
"I came here with my friend for her birthday and the girl who took care of us was very snippy and tried to push us to buy items we were not asking for. We came for a mini bon, pretzel dogs, and an iced coffee. When asking about the sizes of the cups she gave me a lot of attitude and overall we are unsatisfied with the service here. The food was okay but not warm enough."
"Was so happy to finally have one near me but that was short lived. Clean since it was new but big surprise came at checkout when I was charged just under $7 for a minibon. Not thinking out of excitement/hunger/anticipation I paid and left. Shortly after, I realized that I've paid less for a full sized bun at both Palisades and Woodbury locations. Either they charged me incorrectly or they are price gouging at Garden State Plaza. Not good either way."
