"so i have been going to this mall for years. I have ordered from here many times before. today i went there with my kids. i ordered 3 cheeseburgers from the dollar bundles ( and remember i said bundle) nuggets and drinks. when i got my order, there was no fries (which is included with the bundles). i come up to the cashier that was taking my order and asked her politely, where’s the 3 small fries. she explains to me that i didn’t order them and i just ordered cheese burgers. i told her no i ordered the bundle, which includes the fries. i also told her that i have no problem paying extra for the fries again but i let her know this is what i definitely order. she then told me after i offered to pay extra to get the fries for my kids, that are waiting. the cashier keeps arguing that this is not what i ordered and disregarded my request. the managers. ( i presume) steps in and tell me that if i give the burgers back he will remake them. i told him my kids are already eating them. “ do you expect my to take it out there mouths, and give it to you” is what i said quote on quote. he just kept repeating my self. i respectfully declined and said i don’t need the fries anymore. omg it’s such a hassle for the just some fries, that i offered to pay for. crazyyyyyy. customer service is out the door and i probably shouldn’t be expecting much from mcdonald’s, it’s just so disappointing."

"This is a pretty good McDonald's, it does get crowded though alot because it's in the mall, but service is always great, my only issue is that some customers, mostly teenagers, come in and record videos of the restaurant and post them, I think that's inappropriate, it's a busy pretty restaurant, so just take this into consideration.."

"Bro how did you serve out a medium rare burger? That's crazy worst McDonald's ever took like 15 minutes to make a plain mcdouble. The cookie is burnt and raw in the middle? How idk because they come precooked and frozen you really have to be careless to mess up a frozen premade cookie."

"This place was extremely crowded on 11/12/2022. This was my first time patronizing this McDonald's in this mall. Even though it was crowded, there were no long lines and no long wait for the food. I got my food really quickly. The major concern for me was, there is a triple threat of respiratory illnesses there plaguing so many, this season, such as the Flu, RSV and Covid and masks aren't being worn and there are no distance requirements."

"Well you guys should fix the two orders machine that accept cards only for this Mc Donald's restaurants and you guys should have faster workers so it could be better for the manger. Went I order my Mc Donald's order instead of a medium fries they put this small fries bag as my order maybe the worker should change that like put the fries in the medium order and the fries in the small order so the customers won't be confused with there order went they getting it. And also you guys need two trash bins there in that Mc Donald's, restaurants so went the customers are done eating they will pick up there own trash and throw it in the bin so it could be less mess for the workers. And you the workers should change this medium bag into a small bag of fries."
