"The cupcakes are great and the younger employees are so nice and always are accommodating. However this one lady (she’s older than the rest and has dark hair) refuses to give any mall employees their discount and was quite rude to me. On any other day of the week she doesn’t work I can make conversation with the other employees but there’s just not a good vibe when she’s there. I was told she wasn’t even the manager so why be mean and work in a cupcake store?"

"I love the flavors they have. The store was clean and really easy to get to since it was located at Paramus Park Mall. It's in the second floor by the food court. Service was fast and efficient."

"Just walking into this place you see the about 40 give or take flavors of cupcakes. Warm greeting as came into store. Very clean staff very professional. They are located upstairs 2nd floor in food court. You can’t miss them. They also had little mini cakes as well. I was just leaving store and noticed they had a dog cupcake as well. Minis & full size. I have 3 small dogs so go ahead and big one to split.many flavors to chose from. I left with more than I expected to get. Very fresh & moist. Perfect flavoring great taste."

"I honestly have no idea why these reviews are so high. My niece purchased 6 cupcakes from the Paramus location only to get back to work and realize the icing was gummy and cupcakes super stale! Normally I'd let $16.50 slide and take the loss but then I saw the video (included with the pics)! What kind of icing is that? I called and asked could we come in for a refund and explained what was wrong. Since we live closer to the Clifton location, they said we could go to that location. The manager was supposed to call me twice that day and I never received a call! We get to the Clifton location and the worker was super nice but couldn't tell us what was baked fresh today. Probably NOTHING! We were offered to swap the 6 cupcakes for 6 more but they looked like they were baked two weeks prior! Instead she got approval from the manager for us to get drinks. 10 Snapples instead of stale cupcakes! | haven't had a Snapple in ages but anything would be better than the cupcakes. My niece goes to drink one yesterday and finds that 6 out of 10 were expired - one from December! I called the Clifton store and spoke to the same nice woman, she said she'd have the manager call me. Again, no call. As a home baker, there is literally no way these cupcakes are less than at least 4-5 days old. Horrible! Why bake hundreds of cupcakes to sit on display when you don't have a line out the door?! Baking a smaller amount and baking more often would be the smart choice. Also don't stock drinks knowing you don't sell that much of! Expired everything, definitely do not recommend."

"I wanted to get my clients something sweet so went to Mr. Cupcakes. When I arrived I parked in the mall parking lot. I walked in and didn't know where the bakery was. I called and the nice lady directed me. I found it upstairs by the food court. I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes and the cookie jar cupcake for me. I paid and left. When I ate my cupcake, it was good. I enjoyed the icing and the moistness of the cupcake. My clients were very happy as well. All in all I had a good experience."
