"The best dealership experience I have ever had. The experience was not just painless, but actually enjoyable. I had put a down payment for my car and was waiting what felt like forever for this car to arrive in the US, and throughout the entire waiting period, our salesman, Eliut was communicative, helpful, friendly, and patient. When the car finally arrived, I drove over 4 hours to Mastrovito Hyundai to pick it up. When we arrived, I was greeted immediately by an extremely friendly staff, and got prepared for the purchasing process. We had brought our cat, because we were on our way to another location after, and the staff even agreed to watch our cat in a nice quiet room! Free cat-sitting? At a dealership? I was blown away by the hospitality. The purchasing process was honestly so nice and uneventful. There were no additional fees or add-ons that were added into the price, there we no surprises or markups, it was just exactly what was agreed upon prior. I was honestly most surprised by this, because this car and color are pretty hard to get, and I thought I would have to fight tooth and nail to keep the agreed upon price, as so many dealerships I have gone to have done this tactic of getting you in the door and then hitting you with hidden fees. This dealership does not do any of that; they are honest, straightforward, and communicative. They had also given me exactly the same value for my trade-in that was agreed upon prior. The honesty and integrity of this dealership was so surprising, and definitely a welcome change from my typical dealership experience. The sales manager walked me through every aspect of the sale, and guided me through the contract and pricing with incredible transparency. There was nothing glossed over or brushed aside, everything was laid out and detailed, and I felt like I had a complete understanding of my purchase when we were done. I have to say, Eliut was definitely the star of the show here. This man juggled 25 different things at once like a pro. He got all the documents and trade-in details sorted in record time, and was communicative throughout the entire process. He was the one who arranged the cat-sitting for us. I had also told Eliut that I needed to step away for a little bit, because I had to Uber to the DMV surrender my old car's license plates, and he arranged for the dealership to provide a ride to and from the DMV for me! Eliut was the absolute best. This was my first new car purchase (coming from leases), and I don't think this experience can be topped. I was hoping for just a painless and quick experience, but what I received was an experience I genuinely enjoyed, with people who were incredible to deal with.
