"I brought my mother-in-law here to pick up her car from Audi service. First, I tried calling the service department to confirm the hours. I tried three different times and was directed to a generic voicemail. We finally just showed up. Upon walking in, there were two associates sitting behind a computer and neither acknowledged our arrival. I finally said “We are here to pick up a car.” “We’ll be right with you,” said one of the employees. After a few more minutes waiting (as they hovered over each others computer), I asked if we should go to a different desk. They said “We will be with you in a second.” When I asked them to clarify how many seconds, the associate sighed and finally agreed to help us. She did a poor job of explaining the additional charges to my mother-in-law. I’m considering purchasing two Audi’s but am now rethinking this decision. And another thing: Audi’s lack of responsiveness on the other reviews here tells you everything you need to know about them. Buyer beware."

"Audi of Southampton provides great service for Audi customers. Service advisors are easygoing and do not push any unnecessary upsells. Wait times are minimal and I am always out quickly when I have a loaner booked. Look no further for Audi service than Audi of Southampton."

"I was frustrated by the lack of communication provided as my car was serviced. The phone is rarely picked up and there is a definitive “we’ll call you back during our business hours” as you leave a message. Well, they don’t call you back. So all updates on the status of your car can only be obtained by dialing their number until someone picks up. Then, that person assures you that they will call you when they have an update, and then they don’t. At the end of the experience, I got a text saying my car was ready. With an expensive, premium auto like an Audi, you expect decent service."

"Went twice to get a slow leaking tire replaced and was told the mechanics were gone for the day in the middle of the afternoon. Also told to go to the tire service station around the block for the repair. Makes sense to have a warranty to cover all of these things only to be sent to another service station. Very unreliable service at this location."

"Agree with the other negative reviews. I have owned 7 Audis over the past 20+ years and have dealt with Anchor Audi, Biener Audi, & Huntington Audi. These dealerships value their customers and try to provide an elevated customer experience. Southampton Audi, the service department specifically, is a disaster. It takes weeks to get an appointment, the service managers that ”greet” you are miserable in their jobs and don’t understand customer service. They’re actually hostile to customers. Rather than try to understand (listen) to what the customer is expressing they want to prove points. Worse, they gossip about them when they leave the area - in earshot of other customers in the waiting room. Would have excused if this was an isolated incident but experience was exactly the same the last time the car was brought in for service. The service reps are just miserable people! A minor beef - but the waiting area - offers no water or amenities. Remember the other dealerships offing water, snacks, etc. Shame that this dealership continues to operate in a way that destroys the Audi experience."
