"Looks like quite a few others have experienced the same issues that we came across service department is the worst. We tried contacting them by phone and email for at least two weeks. Finally I contacted Sales that put me through to service. They didn’t have an appointment for over three weeks so we waited not realizing That my factory warranty was expiring two days after our appointment I wasn’t thinking about it because I purchased an extended warranty from my Porsche dealership directly when I purchased the car New at the dealership which was Porsche in Pennsylvania After being relocated to New York and living out on the east end, Southampton Porsche is our only option unless we travel almost an hour to Huntington which we will be doing in the future I have a 2019 Porsche Macon S with less than 25,000 miles on it the car is showroom condition so I brought it to the Southampton dealership which they told me I didn’t have an extended warranty that had to be sorted out and then they wouldn’t release the car until they received payment. The car was returned in dirty condition. They drove it for about 40 miles without my approval and they scuffed badly the door still the dealership I purchased the car from and the extended warranty said it was ridiculous that they did not honor the factory warranty because it was two days after the expiration on top of it I had to pay it $250 deductible and they charge me sales tax when I asked about the condition of the vehicle and how they don’t even clean the outside of the cars anymore. The service rep named Frank lied straight to my face and said it had been cleaned but it’s been sitting there for a few days now , this dealership is the worst. It makes you wanna buy a Porsche to spend top dollar for a vehicle and to be treated like this. I highly recommend anyone do not go to this dealership I guess if you’re leasing a vehicle then it really doesn’t matter because I guess that’s their clientele , they made everything difficult like they were mad because we did not buy the vehicle from them directly. Beware beware beware."
"What a horrible experience. I called the parts department with questions regarding cost, if I need an appointment and what info/docs to have prepared for the appointment to get a key fob replacement. This is my first Porsche. I figure those are pretty simple and normal questions. Not only did the parts guy that answered have a horrendous attitude, but he was not able to answer any of my questions. I will GLADLY drive the hour and take my business to the Porsche dealership in Huntington (their parts guy told me everything I needed to know without asking, fantastic) Never would I think a customer service employee would be so snobby and rude, especially since I called nicely with simple questions. It’s a shame. I’m a business owner as well and I wouldn’t let a guy like that deal with customers. P.S. Don’t bother sending them a parts request form on their website. According to this guy, it’s not a thing since he had no clue it existed!"
"I buy about 3 cars a year and this is by far the worst dealer i’ve ever had to deal with! I got my Macan in December 2nd 2022 and i purchased the wheel and tire warranty on December 26th I put aftermarket rims and tires on so on January 3rd I put a claim in to cancel my warranty by April 2023 i still have not received my check so I called and when someone finally got back to me they said the financial manager last name is Hanley never put the claim in totally blew us off. I then started talking to a women named Richelle put the new claim in i called back in June and they said I should have my check soon. Now it is the middle of August and i still have not received my check. I have left over 25 voicemails to the southampton dealer and not one person has got back to me. Completely unprofessional. I called Porsche USA itself and they said they have to get in contact with the dealer so i was placed on a briefly hold and they said they couldn’t get in touch with the dealer either. I will never buy a Porsche again especially from this dealer. It is disgusting how they treat their customers!"
"The worst. Called for an appointment. Never called back. Emailed for an appointment. Never responded. Went to the dealer. Claims I am not in the system. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM. Too bad I cannot give them a zero."
"Porshe Service guy complete jerk. 6 days to get a call back, only voicemail. Attitude, couldn't fix it, "thats what the manual said" 2022 with 4k miles, no root cause ,computer failure. Recalibrate, well what the ...happened, I almost got killed driving and completely stops. He didn't want to hear anything, just get out, Porsche decided to send me back out with a potential death risk rather than identify why it happened. Probably cost savings. If I wasn't out East it wouldn't have ever gone there. Think about what I said if you want to buy from them. This is my 3rd Porsche , dopey , Where's my car for 6 days no answers"
