"First time ever in the store, my buddy and I just wanted to buy some clothing. My friends and I didn’t need the worker named Joy constantly staring at us acting like we’re going to steal and go as far to comment to my friend “ it’s kinda weird you’re just standing there”. It’s actually just dumb. Are we not allowed to wait our turn outside the fitting room waiting for our other friend to finish? I can understand she would be on lookout for any thief’s but her making comments, staring at us and frequently walking passed us is just weird. The lady at the checkout was so sweet and even had a great conversation with us. I wish I got her name. She was great."
"Used the dog wash station. Only $10 and well spent. So much easier to put them in a stand up tub and scrub him down. They have they high velocity air dryer which worked great. Only con is the room could use a good cleaning."
"Horrible horrible horrible customer service … The people who work there BESIDES CLARA. Are useless. I was there last week and I watched a chick get stomped on for 5 mins and died… I told the worker and they didn’t come to help the chick until it was on its last breathe. Then she followed me around the store to tell me that she’s sorry and the chicks okay, when I saw the chick die in the pen and proceeded to get stomped on. TRACTOR SUPPLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER."
"My husband went to go return a trailer hitch ball as it ended up being the wrong size ball. The guy that helped him clearly did not want to be at work let alone do his job with his attitude and was giving my husband a hard time, couldn’t be bothered and refused to accept the return claiming there was “signs of little use” yeah because it was put on and it didn’t fit!!. Ill be taking my business back to the medford location- their staff is much more friendlier and helpful."
