"Overall, it was a positive experience, and the deals were precisely as advertised online, without any deceptive practices commonly employed by dealerships to attract customers. The sales team was excellent, and the car insurance representative promptly assisted me in updating my policy for the new vehicle. However, the finance department was not as transparent as I would have preferred. They did not provide clear information about the numbers and focused solely on the monthly payments. This lack of transparency necessitated that I perform all the calculations myself to determine the interest rate, principal amount, and total interest paid. This aspect of the experience was somewhat frustrating. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the overall car-buying experience and am happy to have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Also, my friend liked most of the deals and canceled her other deals from different dealerships and ended up purchasing from this dealer. We bought 2 cars on same day and got slight better deal with some discount. Would highly recommend checking out this dealership."

"Searching for a first vehicle for my son and that already is stressful enough; however we found Apple Honda online and decided to give it a try. Pattie and Antonio who was training with Pattie made it so easy to work with. Being in a customer service industry myself, it is extremely important to have a great experience. Well Pattie did a PHENOMENAL job. She understood all our concerns, she knew what we were looking for and made it easy. She’s in a business to sell a car but she did more than that, she made sure we were comfortable first and foremost.
