"So I called him for a quote, Started good, then tried to give me that OLDEST sales pitch like if we don't understand he has to make money on the sale. Don't be salesy, that's sleazy, if there's a deal, there's a deal. If we agree, then we agree. If not, relax, just breathe bro, its ok to disagree. Well unfortunately he didn't make it through to any of this, because way before, to complete his extremely poor customer service, he hung up the phone on me. Never even heard a quote, though he described interest in the SUV. Very Rude. I do not recommend. I am hopefully there are kinder more genuine business people on long island then his guy. If he is having a bad day, he brings it to work with him. We get it, we all have those, but its how you handle yourself that makes the difference. Hope you choose different next time."
