"Man I really hate to do this put I gotta be honest I got a rental because my car was getting fixed someone picked me up in 98% weather wearing a ski mask, sleeves & gloves looking like a bank robber then the car they gave me had10% oil life & had a tire pressure issue so I had to get another car & no issues with the newer car so far they're nice & easy to deal with plus they correct they're mistake but they need to get it together just being honest."

"I reached out to the company via email as instructed but no one responded at all and it has now been 2 weeks since. I had the most disappointing experience with this location. Our insurance company set up a rental for us due to an accident, so this location was not our first choice, but we thought that it could not be this bad. We were charged for 2 additional days totalling about $300 although the rental was returned to a key drop off location since this location was closed by the time we got there. It has now been a month since we returned the rental and were just told today that this is the policy and there is nothing that can be done about it. I have a huge issue with my hard earned money being taking from me. Will never rent from this company again."

"EDIT: we reached out to the company via email as requested but received no response!! Absolutely disgusting customer service! This location has no regard for their customers. Kevin is a bully who thinks he can threaten his customers. This location kept our deposit and refuses to refund it back after returning the vehicle as was instructed by their customer service. If you look through the other reviews you can see a pattern of this location overcharging when dealing with insurances and trying to keep your deposit. Stay away and avoid dealing with this company all together unless you want to lose your deposit and have them put holds on your cards while also overcharging your insurance!!! If there was 0 star I would have happily given it to you."

"The young men that work at the Deer Park location are courteous and follow up to make sure you are happy with your vehicle. They even call after you have returned the vehicle to confirm your satisfaction. I have used Enterprise at this location numerous times, and I always walk away a happy customer. I recommend this business and their great team."

"All the employees were excellent at their jobs. Jacob helped me set up the rental and sent Jonathan to pick me up from the body shop. It all went so smoothly. Patrick and Kevin both followed up with me several times to check on how everything was going with the rental. Returning it was a breeze, my refunded security deposit occurred within 24 hours and I was driven back to the body shop to get my vehicle. The entire process was very impressive."
