"NO STARS! My Lincoln was towed there for dead battery/electrical issue. No one answers the phone. Left messages. No one returned call. Finally (3 days later) got a human who said the car was fixed. Drove 1 1/2 hours (LINCOLN is not a car I would ever buy again!) to pick it up. Battery DEAD! Excuse - "Parts Dept must have given us a dead one". New one installed. Drove off lot 1 mile. Car started to beep. Brought back. THIRD battery installed. Three days later - CAR IS DEAD AGAIN!!! Three dead batteries? Poor service - did they aver check if something else was wrong? SHEESH!!! NEVER AGAIN."

"Smithtown Service is by far the best !! Never a problem and the service advisors are awesome. We drive across the island to bring our 2022 navigator there . They have diagnosed and fixed some really difficult issues . By far the best customer service our of any dealership we have EVER dealt with."

"Anthony in the finance section of decided to pull a bait and switch I was going to go with my credit union and he told me if I did, it would cost me an extra 1500 when I said that the salesman told me that I could have the 1500 off my car, and the same percentage rate as my credit union offered he told me “he has to make money “ We left the building disgusted. The salesman got us to come back in And we got what we were promised Reluctantly.. when I got to my car, it was late, so I was not shown any of the features of the car. The next day I realized there was glue all over the windshield from them removing tint on my 22 Lincoln Nautilus and I was very upset.. I called , and the manager told me to come in right after work.. I sat there for two hours, and when they brought me the car, the windshield was worse and now there was glue all over my dashboard.. The salesman tried to tell me I did something wrong. I was promised $200 and told a detailer would come by and fix my windshield The detailer came by But no check in the mail not a surprise ! can’t say how disappointed and upset I I was, Instead of a nice experience, buying a car, It was a nightmare .. they lied several times to me and all they wanna do Get rid of you. I have no idea how to use the park assist or any other features On my car because they couldn’t be bothered. I do not recommend Smithtown Lincoln/Ford."

"DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I had leased a Lincoln MKZ and bought it out after the lease. Had it in for service and they didn't find anything wrong with it. They returned the car to me damaged!! Seems they had someone inexperienced or just out of spite improperly put my car on a lift. I have damage on all four sides of my car where the lift points are. The manager said they'd only take care of it unless I paid for the deductible on THEIR insurance and refused to do anything further. How am I responsible for paying their deductible?? This is how you treat customers?? Typical swindler dealership people!"
