"I felt everybody was nice and respectful however - shop around if you’re selling your vehicle. The KBB price is inflated and you’ll never get that and you must allow % for profit. I was very fair in my price. I was told that my car would have to go to auction and they even showed me auction values for the same vehicle which forced me to lower considerably what I wanted for my car. Within days, the car was for sale on THEIR website, so shame on me. I would appreciate the honesty of saying that they felt the car had value, and this is what they would have to put into it to make their profit. Don’t be afraid to shop around and do some more research than I did. I trusted = not smart."

"Bought a Jeep Wrangler here, few days later the engine light went on. Called them took the car back to them so they can check it and fix it. They ‘ordered’ the part apparently and I had to wait few days. Days passed, I was calling asking when is the part coming and they were saying tomorrow each time I called. Finally 10 days later they told me to come back and that they’ll resolve the issue. I was thinking thank God finally fixed. Few days later engine light comes back on, I take the car to another dealership and the same issue pops up. They never fixed it or changed the part, they just canceled the engine light and told me that the issue is fixed. Very disappointed how they handled this. Very unprofessional"
